The hotel is in a picturesque location that takes you away from the everyday mundane life and provides an atmosphere to reconnect with your loved one. The rooms are beautiful, although they need a better Coffee Maker and a microwave. However, they were out of date and did not have a balcony with a view of the lake. The dining experience was bland and tasteless, especially at the Cove Haven location, which is out in the boonies and the grilled vegetables seemed to be a re-use of an entree from the prior night. Overall, the hotel is not kept well, with white fuzz and hairs in the new linens in the Harbor Tower. The high price was not justified by the facilities available.
